François Cahen noted for his work with Magma passed away on 13th July 2011 after suffering from a heart attack.
A gifted composer François Cahen was Magma’s first piano player, but went to release several solo albums along with the highly acclaimed Great Winds in 1979.
Cahen also continued his association with saxophonist Yochko Seffer releasing albums with Zao and later on with Ethnic Duo & Ethnic Trio.
